For one of our clients, an international company in the patent business, we are looking for a product expert in the area of deadline monitoring & fee payment (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for clients and provide them with solutions to questions regarding the management of their patent portfolios;
• You will first get to know the processes of data acquisition and annuity monitoring in depth and support the responsible team;
• You prepare presentations about the company's products and hold them at the customer's premises;
• You will coordinate with internal and external suppliers on the entire life cycle of the patent portfolio;
• You independently track deadlines and prioritise your tasks;
• You monitor process and coordination invoices and take care of the ongoing reporting process.

Your profile

• Completed studies or vocational training;
• Experienced with product presentations and in dealing with customers;
• Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Precise and independent working method;
• Excellent organisational skills, proactivity and teamwork;
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and oral).
