For one of our clients, a renowned patent and law firm, we are looking for an ambitious attorney.

Your tasks:

• Classic activities in the field of trademark, design and competition law
• Supervision of national and international trademark portfolios of interesting clients
• Focus on prosecution: conducting litigation for defence, enforcement, revocation and rejection before offices and courts
• Trade mark applications before national and international offices

Your profile:

• At least one year of relevant professional experience as a lawyer specialising in trade mark, design and competition law
• Excellent knowledge of German and business fluent English; second foreign language desirable
• Ambitious personality; entrepreneurial type: "entrepreneurial spirit"
• Doctorate, LL.M. or specialist lawyer desirable
