For one of our clients, a renowned service company in the field of patents and trademarks, we are currently looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager (m/f/d) for the offices in Munich, Brasov and Luxembourg.

Your tasks

• Supervise independently the worldwide software implementation projects including rollout planning for our IP management solution
• Act as an internal and external representative for the project and be a contact person for our customers, sales, and teams in the environment of our IP management solution
• Coordinate the integration of all relevant interfaces into the project and operate regular information management over the entire course of the project
• Optimize our project management, be responsible for the process development and design, as well as the successful implementation of the project

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a related field or a technical/commercial apprenticeship
• Relevant professional experience as a project and service manager (sector knowledge not required)
• Well-founded methodological knowledge and experience in the use of project and process management tools
• Basic technical knowledge of SQL and scripting – knowledge of C# and Visual Studio is desirable
• Organizational talent with a strong sense of service delivery and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Being a team player and work independently
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German, and French are an asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
